Shipping & Policies


SHIPPING

  • We ship with Canada Post.
  • All orders get shipped out within 2-3 business days of the receipt of the order and should arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • Be sure to include all relevant address information (suite #, Apartment # etc.). If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect or missing address information may be subject to a re-routing cost.


SHIPPING FEES
All Shipping Fees are calculated at the time of the checkout and are based upon the shipping address and the weight of the package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • If you are not thrilled with the piece you ordered, we will happily offer a return or exchange within the first 10 days from when your order was received. 
  • SALE Items are considered 'Final Sale' (no return or exchange).
  • Holiday Gift Orders placed after December 8th will have a special return extension until January 8th.
  • We offer returns for a store credit or full refund (less shipping) to the original form of payment and at the original purchase price. Refunds will be issued as soon as the return is processed however it may take up to 30 business days before the payment shows on your account
  • The product must be returned in its original purchased condition; unworn.
  • Artisan Malas is not responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit.
  • Shipping costs on all returns or exchanges are not included.
  • To start this process, email info@artisanmalas.com with the subject line as RETURN or EXCHANGE 

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT

  • If you have recieved a damaged item, please email us at info@artisanmalas.com within five days of your arrival of the package.
  • Please put DAMAGED PRODUCT in the subject line and provide us with a clear photo of the damaged product.
  • The next steps will be discussed upon the email regarding your product.
  • Please note that woods and crystals/semi-precious stones are all natural therefore there may be some variations in the colours, size and design and should not be considered a defect.

 

REPAIRS
If your mala bead necklace or bead bracelet breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will restring it with no additional charge (shipping & handling charges both ways are not included). Past the 30 days, we are happy to be able to re-string it for you for a fee of $20 (mala bead necklaces) and $8 (bead bracelets).

 

BRACELET SIZING
For bracelets, if you find the sizing (listed in each item description) is just way too big or small, we can resize it! Email us at info@artisanmalas.com with the subject BRACELET RESIZE before ordering your item.

 

CUSTOM PIECES
If you see something you like but feel it's not yet perfect for your taste and want a design from scratch... Email us at info@artisanmalas.com with the subject CUSTOM PIECE to set up a time to discuss the creation with Bianca; Artisan/Designer (depending on the design from scratch, additional custom piece fees may be added but will be discussed beforehand). Estimated shipping date will be discussed at the time of purchase.
